I don't want to order catering, do you also have a shop where I can purchase retail cannoli?

Can I eat in the cannoleria or is it takeaway only?

We have a small amount of tables for eat in during weekdays only. However due to customer demand and limited space we can only offer a takeaway service during weekends.

Is there parking close by?

Yes street parking is available in Allen St. Please note there is a clearway on King Georges Rd during weekends.

What are your business hours?

Our cannoleria is open 5 days Wed-Fri 9.30am-2.30pm, Sat 9.30-3.30pm, Sun 9.30am-2.30pm closed Mondays, Tuesdays and Public Holidays. We often cater for parties, weddings and corporate events outside of our business hours. If you require cannoli catering after hours please contact us at the cannoleria or email us at - please note minimum catering orders apply.

What if I just want to order a few cannoli, can I place a small retail order?

You can place orders for a small box of 14 cannoli via our website. All our retail and pickup orders are piped fresh in store while you wait.

How do I order a Cannoli Basket or Cannoli Tower?

We recommend you come into our cannoleria or alternatively please email us at To confirm your order we require a 50% deposit at time of booking.

How much notice is required for a Cannoli Basket or Cannoli Tower?

We require two weeks notice. To avoid disappointment we recommend that you book early as some dates are already booked out.

How many cannoli and flavours can I choose in a Cannoli Basket or Cannoli Tower?

Cannoli Baskets have either 30 large or 70 small cannoli inside and Cannoli Towers have 50 small cannoli. You can choose up to 3 custard flavours - vanilla, chocolate, hazelnut and we can also colour our vanilla custard to suit your themed event.  Alternatively if you have a late evening or next day event and are good at piping talk to us about a Cannoli Basket Kit or Cannoli Tower Kit.

Can I choose a ribbon colour or personalised message with a Cannoli Basket or Cannoli Tower?

You can choose up to 2 ribbon colours and a personalised message with a Cannoli Basket only.

What flavour loose cannoli do you have?

We have 13 flavours: vanilla, chocolate, hazelnut, half and half, choc hazelnut, confetti, lamington, classic ricotta with pistachio, mocha, caramello, coffee walnut, caramel almond, triple choc.

Can you customise cannoli to suit my themed event?

Absolutely we can colour our vanilla custard, minimum orders apply - 21 small cannoli per colour.  Please allow at least a couple of days notice. Please note that all custom orders need to be paid in advance. Please enquire in store or email us at

How can I make an enquiry, can I call the cannoleria?

I have placed an order on your catering website and chose Pickup, when can I collect my order?

Orders can be collected Next Day during our business hours. Please note that all orders are piped fresh on arrival. Cannoli is best served directly after piping so we recommend you collect your order as close to serving as possible. Please bring your confirmation email or proof of purchase with you.

Should I store my cannoli in the fridge?

Most pastries including cannoli do not like the fridge as the shells tend to go soft. However custard and cannoli cream love the fridge. If you have to place your cannoli in the fridge, a few of our customers have found some success by placing them in an airtight container in the crisper and others have found success by just placing them in a cool place. If you plan on serving cannoli several hours after they have been piped you may want to consider one of our 'Cannoli Kits' instead.

Do you offer a delivery service?

We offer a delivery service through a third party courier company. To find out if we deliver to your suburb click on the following link:  If you can't find your suburb scroll to the bottom as we are continually adding suburbs. Please note someone should be home to receive deliveries, we do not recommend that courier drivers leave  cannoli outside, cannoli should be left in a cool place inside until serving.

Do your products contain allergens?

Yes most of our products contain soy, gluten, dairy, egg and nuts or traces of nuts. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that our products are strictly free from allergens. While we try to do our very best, cross contamination is a possibly during production. If you have food allergies of any kind, we kindly advise that you do not consume any of our products.

Are your products vegan?

No, most of our products are made to traditional recipes that contain dairy and animal products.

Are your products certified Halal?

No, however our small shells do not contain lard or alcohol and our homemade classic ricotta cannoli with pistachio is very popular.
